ARC

IDC practices at a few locations in Champaign, Illinois. Our primary home is the Activities and Recreation Center on campus at the University of Illinois. We utilize the same equipment as the University's collegiate diving team including dry-board, trampoline, spotting harness, and air floors. Once a week, practices at the Urbana indoor aquatic center offer athletes the opportunity to try out a water-harness, perfect for learning new dives in a safe and effective way. Summer locations vary. Check out practice videos on our instagram @illini_dive_club

Lessons, Programs & Competitions

Our mission is to grow the sport of diving in a safe and fun way. Dedicated coaches work with athletes of all abilities, ranging from beginners aged 6, to high-schoolers with ambitions of diving collegiately. Competitions are offered, not mandatory. Practice options range from 1-3 days/week. Practices include 30 minutes to 1 hour of trampoline harness training, dry board technique, and conditioning. Tailored instruction plans ensure each athlete has the opportunity to reach their goals. Contact us for the upcoming practice schedule.
